Our vision at StarTrack Dispatching is to become the leading freight dispatch company in the industry, providing our clients with affordable solutions that meet their needs as a small business. We want to help new and old owner operators enjoy trucking while we find and negotiate loads for them.
What Do We Do?
We are a freight dispatch service. What we do is negotiate prices and book loads for owner operated trucking businesses. Most people will provide this service for a harsh monthly fee, however here at StarTrack we only ask a 9% fee on each load. We are looking to help good truckers build relationships with brokers.
We want you focused on the road, while we focus on the loads. We will not force you to take loads you don't want, unlike many other owner operator dispatch services. Many shippers typically won’t work directly with brand new carriers or smaller carrier operations below a certain size. In those cases, carriers will need to use load boards, dispatchers, brokers, or some combination of those to find enough freight to succeed, and that's what we do!
